The 53rd Warrens Cranberry Festival is September 25–27. Back in May we said the vans book up by midsummer. It's late July — consider this the reminder.
In May we published a full guide to renting a 15-passenger van for the Warrens Cranberry Festival, and the core warning in it was simple: festival-weekend vans book up by midsummer.
Well — it's late July. The 53rd annual Warrens Cranberry Festival runs Friday, September 25 through Sunday, September 27, 2026, and the two-month countdown is on. If your group has been meaning to sort out transportation "at some point," this is the point.
Cranfest draws over 100,000 visitors to a village of a few hundred people. Every church group, craft-fair crew, extended family, and senior group in the region has the same idea, and most rental fleets in western Wisconsin don't include large passenger vans at all. Ours does — and we're about 20 minutes from Warrens, straight down I-94 to Exit 116.
That combination — huge demand, scarce supply, closest lot — is why September's festival weekend is one of the first van weekends of the fall to disappear from our book.
Compare that with four separate cars burning gas and hunting for four separate parking spots in festival traffic, and the van is both cheaper and saner. One vehicle, one drop-off by the gates, one meeting point when it's time to head home.
Call or text 715-396-1466 with your date (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday of festival weekend), your head count, and your pickup time. Reserving takes a few minutes. If your group is coming from Tomah, Sparta, or Warrens itself, we're the closest van pickup in the region — check drive times from your town.
And if the 15-passenger calendar is already full for your day when you call? Ask about the 7-passenger minivans, or about splitting the group across two smaller vehicles. The earlier you call, the more options we can offer.
Friday, September 25 through Sunday, September 27, 2026 — the festival's 53rd year.

15-passenger van: $135/day plus about $4 in mileage from Black River Falls. Split across a full van, under $12 a person.
100,000+ visitors, one small village, scarce parking. One van means one spot, one drop-off, and nobody lost in the crowd.
